Extra Retouch Services
HOW IT WORKS

• Once you arrive at our studio, we’ll take a look at your wardrobe selection and create an order that works best for your photos. Make sure you bring as many options as possible because you can use as many looks as you want during your session time.
• We strongly suggest you arrive 15 minutes before your shoot starts. This is a good time window to relax, get acquaint with your photographer and talk about your goals for your new photos.

• All sessions start on time. Please do not be late.
• Adding time to the session depends on availability of professionals and space.
• Each additional 30 minutes adds $100.00 to your final price + one extra retouched image to your final delivery.

• A deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking the appointment, which will be applied to your session.
• The deposit reserves the studio and professionals’ time and is non-refundable.

• A valid credit card is required when you book your session. The $150 deposit is charged when you reserve your slot.
• The balance of the services is charged after the session on the same credit card.
• Rebeca Dourado Photography LLC currently uses third parties to process payments. The third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, including, but not limited to Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

• If client cancels the appointment for any reason up to 3 days (72 hours) before session, the deposit will be used to reschedule a 2nd date.
• In case client cancels the 2nd date for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.
• If client cancels the appointment for any reason within 3 days (72 hours) before session, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellation notice is required to be done by writing via email to hello@rebecadourado.com .
• If Rebeca Dourado Photography LLC is unable to perform the service due to any reason, client may reschedule the session or cancel and have the deposit fully refunded.

• Hair & makeup are optional, but strongly recommended and must be done prior to arrival.
• A list of HMUArtists is available here.
• HMUArtists are welcome to stay during the session for quick touch ups and small changes.
• $50 is added to your headshot session when drastic hair and/or makeup changes are applied (e.g. straightening or curling hair, adding makeup layers). Drastic changes take time.

Images are delivered 24 hours after the photo shoot.
Retouched images are delivered 3 business days after selection. Extra retouched files are delivered 3 business days from the day of the order.The Client will receive edited digital files in JPEG in high and low resolution through an online gallery.
Raw image files are not included in this photography service and will not be delivered to the Client.

• For commercial usage, please reach out to us for commercial usage rates and licensing details. • Sessions are held in indoor studios in Van Nuys, Glendale, Beverly Hills, DTLA or Huntington Beach.
• Customers have the option to choose their preferred location when booking the session.

It depends on how much time you want to spend on each look during your session time. Average is between 50 and 100 shots per look.

Yes. As part of my commitment with your satisfaction, the camera is tethered to a laptop during the whole session and you are able to see your headshots between clicks to make adjustments.

You will receive a link to access your headshots in 24 hours.
The retouched file is delivered 3 business days after you choose it.
For extra retouched services, delivery time starts counting after payment.

Hair & makeup are optional, but strongly recommended.
High quality headshots are the result of professional lighting and professional makeup. -
You may change your hair style as you’d like during your session time, but keep in mind the time continues running.
If you need to change your hair style drastically, we suggest you book a minimum of 60 minute session package to have enough time to change it.
