I’m Rebeca Dourado, the photographer behind rd headshots + portraits. During my years in college I had the chance to see and experience the work behind the cameras on journalistic and entertainment sets. Telling stories with images then became my interest and, for my final thesis, I filmed and edited a short documentary about street vendors in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My journey as a professional photographer had began.

Since 2013 I’ve had the opportunity to work in many different photography niches. Today I specialize in portraits and headshots for individuals and businesses. My experience includes creating headshots for actors, creatives, doctors, caregivers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams.
